A monochrome surface, which may appear almost homogenous but is actually full of nuances and small irregularities.
To create the pattern, I covered a surface with a layer of iron oxide powder that I then combed with a repeated, almost obsessive gesture.
The colour, specific to the material, allows for a deep and warm chromatic effect that is highlighted by the geometric pattern of small regular grooves.
